President Bola Tinubu will return to Abuja this evening after a six-day stay in Lagos, where he marked Nigeria’s 66th Independence anniversary and participated in a series of engagements.
The President arrived in Lagos on Tuesday, September 29, following an extended working vacation in Europe, during which he spent time in London and Paris.
His return to Lagos, the nation’s former capital and his political stronghold, came as the administration entered a critical phase of preparations for the 2027 General Elections , with the President expected to intensify engagements on the implementation of his Renewed Hope Agenda and the country’s economic and political priorities.
