Tiger suspected to have killed 2 persons in Gudalur will be captured soon, says Forest Minister

Tamil Nadu Forest Minister R.V. Ranjithkumar on Monday told the Assembly that three teams, besides three veterinarians, and a specialist, had been pressed into action to capture the tiger that is suspected to have killed two people in Gudalur in the Nilgiris district.
Responding to a special calling-attention motion, he said three teams of forest officials had been constituted immediately, and three veterinarians had been equipped with tranquillisers. A specialist veterinarian from Madurai had also been sent to capture the animal.
