TIB supports govt plan to empower 10,000 youths annually

TIB Development Bank has backed the Government’s plan to empower 10,000 young people every year, saying the initiative will play an important role in building a skilled workforce and increasing youth participation in productive activities and national development.
The call was made by the Vice President Deogratius Ndejembi, while opening the C-CEOs Forum 2026 in Arusha. He urged government institutions and development partners to work with the Government to empower young people from various professional fields.
Ndejembi called on leaders and relevant stakeholders to focus on implementing the programme, which aims to empower 10,000 young people annually, stressing the importance of developing a skilled workforce to support the implementation of Tanzania’s National Development Vision 2050.
