Thursday will be windy and much cooler in Latvia
Latvia is bracing for a day of heavy rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds reaching up to 20 metres per second. Temperatures are expected to remain cool, ranging between +15 and +18 degrees Celsius.

Rain is expected across the whole of Latvia, with short, heavy showers possible in places; in the afternoon, thunderstorms are possible in some parts of Kurzeme and Vidzeme. There will be strong south-westerly and westerly winds, with north-westerly winds also blowing in Kurzeme in the afternoon.
