Three youths arrested for robbery in Anantapur

Three youngsters who resorted to robbery to cover expenses for their vices were arrested by the Anantapur police on Monday.
According to the police, on the early hours of Sunday, the accused allegedly stopped a pick-up truck and forcibly took it away after attacking the driver at Pampanur village. On the same day, the accused stopped a courier service vehicle and robbed ₹20,000 from the driver. Later, they tried to steal sheep from Y. Kothapalli village, however, the shepherds raised an alarm, forcing them to flee.
