The Khammam First Fast Track Sessions Court for expeditious disposal of rape and POCSO Act cases on Tuesday sentenced three men to life imprisonment for raping a minor girl in 2022.

The convicts were identified as P. Srivardhan, 19, and S. Nagaraju, 20, both from Chintakani mandal in Khammam district, and P. Veeranna alias Abhi, 20, of Tiruvuru mandal in Andhra Pradesh.

According to the police, the trio allegedly whisked away the minor girl from her home when she was alone and sexually assaulted her on November 18, 2022.
