Three persons were killed in head-on collision between two two-wheelers near Sriperumbudur on Saturday night. One person is battling for life.

The police said Duraipandi, 26, a native of Madurai, who was employed as a human resource manager at a private company in the Vallam SIPCOT industrial estate, and his colleague Yuvaraj, 23, hailing from Panruti, were traveling towards Vallam on a motorcycle on the service lane of the Chengalpattu–Sriperumbudur Highway in Oragadam.

As they were approaching the Oragadam junction near Mathur, a high-end two-wheeler driven in a rash manner by Monish with his friend Dharshan in the pillion rammed against their bike.
