The 68-year-old woman was walking across Nicklin Way in Warana when she was hit by a motorbike at around 8pm on Saturday.
Police said the woman and the 30-year-old male rider died at the scene.
Investigators are asking for another motorcycle rider and his female passenger who were seen near the crash to come forward to assist with investigations.
