Police arrested three persons on the charges of possessing and transporting explosives in Mudalagi in Belagavi district of Karnataka on August 19.

Yudhisthir Singh Karnim Singh Chundawat, 21, student and a resident of Ammana Nagar in Mudalagi was held along with Roshan Jat and Prakash Chandanna Chata, both residents of Raibag, near Harugeri Cross on the Nippani–Mudhol State Highway. They were transporting the explosives on a motorcycle.
