Three members of a family killed after speeding auto dashes into parked truck in Tiruvallur

Three family members were killed and three others injured when their autorickshaw collided with a parked truck in Tiruvallur district. The family was traveling to a temple when the accident occurred on Saturday night.

Three persons of the same family, including two women, were killed after an autorickshaw they were travelling in crashed into a truck near Periyapalayam of Tiruvallur district on Saturday night.
Loganathan, a resident of Kodungaiyur, was an autorickshaw driver. He, along with his family, had planned to go to the Periyapalayam temple on Saturday night. His wife Poongodi, 39, daughter Dhanalakshmi, 10, mother-in-law Radha, 65, and his nephews Gokul, 10, and Prashanth, 15, were proceeding to the temple in the autorickshaw.
