Chandpur Circle Officer Des Deepak Singh said the incident took place late Wednesday (October 7) night at a liquor shop in Datiana village, where an argument broke out between people from Jamaluddinpur and Datiana.
He said that during the argument, Datiana resident Virendra allegedly drove his tractor into the crowd in an inebriated condition, injuring three people from Jamaluddinpur — Baburam (40), Mahendra (58) and Udayveer (60).
