The Chengalpattu district police said the car, with three persons, was proceeding from Tiruchi towards Chennai on GST Road on Friday. As the car approached Janakipuram near Madurantakam, the driver, Ilanchezian, attempted to overtake a truck in front of him. However, he lost control of the wheel and crashed into the back of the truck.
