Three men, aged 21, 36 and 36, have been arrested after allegedly attempting to sell two elephant tusks without a permit at Divundu in the Kavango East region on Monday.
Kavango East head of crime investigations Moses Simaho says the suspects were arrested on Monday at about 22h30 after they presented the tusks to an undercover official for sale at Bwabwata National Park.
