Thierry Henry lists combined SoHo penthouse for $25 million after 2026 renovation

Former footballer Thierry Henry has put his New York penthouse on the market for $25 million, more than 16 years after he and his partner Andrea Rajacic bought the property for $14.85 million.Henry bought the penthouse and the unit below it in SoHo in 2010, when he was preparing to move from Barcelona to New York to play for the New York Red Bulls, according to Irish Examiner. The couple later combined the two units, creating an expanded home of roughly 6,000 square feet.The property also has around 3,400 square feet of outdoor space, including a private rooftop. The kitchen opens directly onto a roughly 980-square-foot terrace, while the rooftop has a pergola, a barbecue area and space for outdoor dining and lounging.The home at 39 Crosby Street is now listed through Sotheby’s International Realty.
