Hanoi, Vietnam, has been ranked as the second friendliest city in the world for customer service, according to a report by MoneySuperMarket. The list, which analyzed customer reviews globally, features Edinburgh in the top spot and highlights several UK cities among the top ten.

But there is one particular country here that travellers often pick as the friendliest of all: Vietnam.
For several years, Vietnam has received votes as among the world's top 10 countries with the best hospitality.
Most recently, one of its cities was even named the second best in the world when it comes to friendly customer service, and it is none other than the capital, Hanoi.
