Nintendo held a Legend of Zelda Direct on Tuesday for the series' 40th anniversary. Between a movie and a new remake, there's certainly a lot to show and discuss. All eyes, of course, were on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake is less than two months away, when it will be released on Nov. 5, 2026. While many games are too scared of Grand Theft Auto 6 to release in the fall, that's not the case for Nintendo with a November release two weeks before GTA 6 comes out on Nov. 19. GTA 6 isn't coming to the Switch 2, and even so, two weeks is enough time to beat the N64 remake, in any case.
