The 39-year-old actress, who is best known for playing Natalie on the FX hit series “The Bear,” filed to end their marriage on Friday, according to divorce documents obtained by TMZ .
She listed the date of separation as July 8 and “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
Elliott also requested for joint legal and physical custody of their two children — Edith, 5, and William, 3 — whom the estranged couple welcomed during the marriage.
Elliott requested that Kennedy provide her spousal support, and asked the court that he not be awarded any.
She has also requested that the producer pay her legal fees.
A rep for Elliott did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
