The analysis examined vaccination rates among children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly. Vermont had the highest vaccination rate in the US, while Mississippi had the lowest. The likelihood of experiencing a vaccine-preventable disease outbreak has much to do with where you live. A September report from the personal finance website WalletHub analyzed US vaccination rates across all 50 states and the District of Columbia, using data from the US Census Bureau, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention , the Health Resources and Services Administration, IBTimes, Kaiser Family Foundation, and ProCon.org.
