That condo storage locker you were sold? It might be illegal

As a makeup artist, she often gets calls the night before for jobs, then makes an early start by stopping by her locker to pack up the equipment she needs.
"[I get] all my stuff out and get it in the car. And a lot of it is very heavy, so I can’t be lugging it up and down, up and down," she said.
But that’s exactly what Chell will have to start doing — she and her neighbours at Edge Lofts, located at 625 Queen Street E., were told by the property manager their wire mesh storage lockers violated Ontario’s Fire Code, and would need to be cleared out by early August.
