The progress of ongoing tourism infrastructure projects at major destinations in Telangana, including Ramappa Temple, Bhongir Fort , Ananthagiri Hills, Nizam Sagar and Buddhavanam, was reviewed by Telangana Tourism Development Corporation (TGTDC) Managing Director P. Gouthami. Officials were directed to ensure timely completion of the works.

During a review meeting on Friday (September 4, 2026), Ms. Gouthami assessed the progress of key infrastructure projects, including works related to visitor amenities and facilities, accommodation, landscaping, electrical and civil works, and other tourism development activities. The Engineering Wing was instructed to closely monitor all major works and submit periodic progress reports on their implementation.

She directed officials from the wing to ensure that all works are carried out according to approved specifications and completed within the stipulated timelines. Officials were also instructed to maintain quality and durability in the execution of the projects.
