TGSRTC teams win four golds at QCFI convention

Four teams from the Uppal Zonal Workshop of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) received Gold awards at the 40th annual Convention on Quality Concepts. The teams were recognized for their innovative cost-control practices that maintained high operational standards.

Four teams from the Uppal Zonal Workshop of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) won Gold awards at the 40th annual Convention on Quality Concepts (CCQC-2026) organised by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Hyderabad chapter. More than 200 teams representing various organisations participated. The four TGSRTC teams showcased the corporation’s practices in cost control without compromising on quality and secured Gold awards for their projects. The teams have also been selected to represent TGSRTC at the national-level competitions to be held in New Delhi shortly. TGSRTC Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Y. Nagi Reddy congratulated the employees for their achievement. He said the corporation would continue to improve quality standards.
