About 80% of patients with schizophrenia who received TEV-‘749 in the SOLARIS Phase 3 trial achieved clinical stabilization, according to post hoc data Teva presented this week, and that stabilization held across longer follow-up in the open-label extension. That number matters because stabilization is the threshold patients and clinicians actually care about in a maintenance setting, and it is harder to sustain than a statistically significant symptom score at week eight.
