The Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) was conducted in the district on Monday in two sessions, forenoon and afternoon, across five centres, the District Educational Officer’s office stated in a release. Of 1,320 candidates enrolled, 1,205 appeared, recording an attendance of 91.28%.
District Educational Officer N. Prema Kumar inspected two examination centres and three flying squads deployed to oversee the conduct of the test.
