Telangana will play a key role in achieving Viksit Bharat goal, says Deputy CM

Telangana is prepared to play a pivotal role in achieving the nation’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision and has set itself the ambitious target of becoming a $3 trillion economy by 2047, Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said at a national conference on mobilising financial resources for India’s development journey.
Addressing the conference chaired by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi on Saturday, Mr. Vikramarka said Telangana viewed the country’s long-term economic goals not as distant aspirations but as an immediate responsibility requiring concrete action. He stressed that achieving the Viksit Bharat goal would require close cooperation between the Centre and States, effective mobilisation of public and private resources, and strong institutions backed by sound policies.
