Telangana RTC to operate 2,425 special buses between Karimnagar and Secunderabad to clear festival rush

The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation is launching over 2,400 special bus services to manage the surge in passenger traffic during the Bathukamma and Dasara festivals. Tickets for these routes are available for advance booking online.

To meet the additional rush during the ensuing festival season , the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) will operate special buses on the Secunderabad-Karimnagar and Karimnagar-Secunderabad routes.
Bathukamma and Dasara will be celebrated on October 18 and 20, respectively.
A total of 1,175 special buses will be operated from Jubilee Bus Station (JBS), Secunderabad, to Karimnagar from October 9 to 19, while 1,250 special buses will operate from Karimnagar to JBS from October 21 to 26.
The Mahalakshmi scheme will be applicable to these bus services, according to a press release.
