Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy led Telangana Government has finally resolved to replace the entire software and architecture of the integrated land records management systems portal Bhu Bharati. The Bhu Bharati portal was operating on the old software and architecture of Dharani portal, with some changes.
The State Government has reportedly taken a decision to rectify the frequent lapses in the portal once and for all to put an end to complaints from the users. The system replacing Dharani — introduced by the previous Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) government — has been encountering problems since its inception last year.
