Telangana government to initiate logistics reforms to enhance economic growth and efficiency

The Telangana government is launching logistics reforms, including a new State Logistics Policy and an Integrated Logistics Master Plan. These initiatives aim to reduce costs and improve infrastructure connectivity to boost economic growth.

Telangana government as part of aspirations to emerge as a globally competitive logistics gateway is in the process of initiating several facilitating measures, including formulation of the State Logistics Policy 2.0 and City Logistics Plans for Hyderabad and Warangal.
An Integrated Logistics Master Plan is also on the cards. The State government is also working on development of a multi-modal logistics park (MMLP) in Manoharabad, alongside initiatives to strengthen air cargo infrastructure and promote skill development in the air logistics sector, the State Commerce and Export Promotion Department said on Friday.
