Telangana extends industrial land conversion applications under HILTP till October
The Telangana government has extended the application window for industrial land conversion under the Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation Policy (HILTP) until October 31. This extension allows applicants to utilize SRO rates that were in effect prior to the June 5, 2026, rate revision.

Telangana Government has decided to accept applications for conversion of industrial lands within and near the Outer Ring Road (ORR) under its Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation Policy (HILTP) for three months till October 31.
The government orders reopening of the online portal under the HILT Policy for receipt of applications for a further period of three months from August 1 to October 31 at the SRO rates prevailing prior to June 5, 2026, Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju said in a GO. It had earlier accepted the applications for a month, in June.
