Emergency services were called to the intersection of Elizabeth Street near Flinders Street Station about 10.45am on Sunday following reports an allegedly stolen car was driving erratically.

Police allege a 16-year-old boy was driving a stolen Ford Escape east along tram lines on Flinders Street, before he hit a pedestrian standing at an intersection.
