ATLANTA - Kroy Biermann Jr. the son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak, had a previous sexual battery case, according to records unsealed in court Friday.
The 15-year-old faces multiple felony charges in a sexual assault case.
The judge has granted bond, according to a court filing.
According to an indictment, prosecutors charged Biermann as an adult and accuse him of forcing himself on a girl younger than 16 at an Alpharetta gym. The indictment includes seven charges, among them aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
Court records show Biermann was arrested on Aug. 17.
The defense argued for bond to be set, with Biermann continuing school online and wearing an ankle monitor.
The prosecution asked for no bond, saying he should not be around people under the age of 18.
The earlier case was from April 2023. Biermann was on probation from those charges.
