TDP urged to allocate more seats for BCs in local body polls
Leaders of the Backward Classes (BC) community in Uttarandhra have requested the TDP leadership to increase seat allocations for BC candidates in upcoming local elections. The party has acknowledged the request and promised to review it.

Uttarandhra Backward Classes Welfare Association president and Yadava community’s senior leader Muddada Madhu on Friday urged the TDP High Command to allocate more number of seats for BCs including Yadava community in ensuing municipal and other local body elections.
On the occasion of Krishnastami, he submitted portrait of Lord Krishna with the Goddess Radha to TDP MLA Aditi Vijayalakshmi in the party office.
He submitted a note to her about the population of backward classes while urging her to use her good offices for more seats to BCs in the next elections.
Ms. Vijaya Lakshmi said that TDP National president and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has always given top priority for BCs in the party posts and seats in elections.
