The pop superstar released the track Friday as one of four additions to "The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore," an expanded edition of her 2025 album. The project also includes the new songs "Patient Zero," "Pink Clouding" and "Babylon."

While the other tracks explore troubled relationships, fleeting euphoria and nostalgia, "Cleveland!" is a love song about Swift's husband and his Ohio roots. Kelce grew up in Cleveland Heights, and the song's title and lyrics appear to reference both his hometown and the "New Heights" podcast he hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce .

Swift sings about Kelce taking her to Cleveland and showing her the Heights before declaring him the "love of my life."
