PETALING JAYA: Activist Tamim Dahri Abdul Razak will be brought before the Langkawi magistrates' court tomorrow to be charged with defiling a place of worship or sacred object with intent to insult a religion, say police.
Langkawi police chief Khairul Azhar Nuruddin said Tamim was rearrested after his remand ended today for an investigation under Section 295 of the Penal Code, Bernama reported.
