Tallon Griekspoor has not held back when discussing Alexander Zverev's US Open victory.

Zverev beat Ben Shelton in the US Open final to win his second Grand Slam title after also lifting the Roland Garros title earlier this year.

Despite winning two Grand Slam titles this year, Zverev faced only one top 10 player , Shelton , in either tournament.

Partly as a result of this, Zverev's US Open victory has split opinion , and fellow ATP player Tallon Griekspoor has certainly not held back in what he thinks about it.

Griekspoor, who beat Zverev at the Canadian Open , has not won a single Grand Slam match this entire year.

As the Dutchman prepares to represent his country in the Davis Cup , he had some strong words to say about the goings-on at the US Open this year ahead of his nation's tie against Colombia.
