A delegation from Taiwan’s Asia University visited Vignan Foundation for Science, Technology & Research (VFSTR) on Monday (August 10, 2026) as part of a week-long India-Taiwan Academic Collaboration Programme.
The delegation, led by Prof. Lin Chun-Wei, Dean of Academic and International Affairs, held discussions with VFSTR officials on student and faculty exchanges, joint research, international internships, and dual-degree programmes. Collaboration opportunities in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, information technology, and electrical engineering were also explored.
VFSTR Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.V. Krishnakishore said partnerships with leading global institutions would provide students with international exposure and foster innovation by combining Taiwan’s technological expertise with Indian talent.
