T.N. to file review petition against eviction of people from Megamalai region
The Tamil Nadu government is filing a review petition in the Supreme Court to challenge an eviction order affecting residents and farmers in the Megamalai region. Tamil Nadu Law Minister R Nirmalkumar on Monday said the State government, as per the direction of Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay, had taken steps to file a review petition in the Supreme Court against its order directing the eviction of people and farmers from the Megamalai region in Theni district.
