Swimming pool and restaurant among offerings at Singapore’s first private assisted living development
Singapore has launched its first private assisted living development, Perennial Living, designed to offer seniors a blend of independent living and medical support. The facility includes amenities like a swimming pool, restaurant, and integrated healthcare services such as rehabilitation and TCM.

CNA had a first look inside the 195,000 sq ft development, which began operations on Tuesday.
