Political activity is set to intensify across parts of Kenya on Sunday, August 30, as leaders associated with different opposition formations take their campaigns to new areas.
Nyandarua Senator Methu Muhia will lead the Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP) campaign in Laikipia County as the party continues its mobilisation ahead of the 2027 General Election.
Methu is scheduled to attend a church service at ACK Nyahururu at 9 am before proceeding to Kinamba town for a rally at 2.30 pm. He will later address a rally in Sipili town at 4 pm.
The tour comes as Methu takes a more prominent role in the DCP following the departure of party leader and former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua from Kenya.
