Real estate firm Sumadhura Group has entered the Chennai market with a Grade A built to suit Industrial & Logistics Park in Red Hills, North Chennai, along the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road (CPRR). The project entails investments to the tune of ₹400 crore. “This is a 52-acre land. The project will offer 1.2 million sq. ft. of warehousing space,” Vamshi Karangula, Director – Industrial & Logistics, Sumadhura Group told The Hindu .

“We have done the groundbreaking. We are targeting June 2028 for project completion. The first phase will be ready by the first quarter of 2027, seven months from now,” he said. “We have now submitted the project for approvals, and once we receive the clearances, we will start work,” he added.
