Suggestions invited for Sidharthan Anti-Ragging Act and Sidharthan Student Distress App

The Kerala State Higher Education Council (KSHEC) has invited feedback and suggestions from students, teachers, parents, education experts, social and youth organisations, and the general public towards the government’s proposed plan to enact the ‘Sidharthan Anti-Ragging Act’ and launch the ‘Sidharthan Student Distress App’.
The initiative aims to ensure a safe, secure and friendly campus environment that is devoid of ragging and all forms of harassment in higher education institutions.
According to KSHEC vice-chairperson Achuthsankar S. Nair, the suggestions would be seriously considered during the final drafting of the proposed legislation and the application development.
