Tenkasi District Collector Ranjeet Singh has urged the public to participate in the online self-enumeration phase of the population census. The process is open from July 17 to 31, with house-to-house verification scheduled for August.

District Collector Ranjeet Singh has appealed to the public to submit the self enumeration of the population census that commenced on Friday.
Speaking to reporters here on Friday, Mr. Ranjeet Singh said the population census would be conducted in two phases. While the self enumeration through https://se.census.gov.in/ would be done between July 17 and 31, census of houses would be completed between August 1 and 30.
The public, as part of the self enumeration, can upload the details via this website and they will get an ID, which should be shared with the enumerator during his or her visit to the house.
