Submit Form No. 6 if name is missing from final voters’ list: Karnataka CEO
Karnataka's Chief Electoral Officer has clarified that voters whose names are missing from the final electoral roll can apply for inclusion using Form No. 6. Officials are currently digitizing enumeration forms to ensure all eligible voters maintain their rights.

Karnataka State Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) V. Anbukumar said here on Saturday that if any voter’s name is missing from the final electoral roll, the person can apply for inclusion by submitting Form No. 6 to the Election Commission of India.
Speaking at a meeting at the Deputy Commissioner’s office to review the progress of the SIR in Dakshina Kannada, the CEO said eligible voters will not lose their voting rights due to the SIR process. “None will lose their voting rights,” he said.
