Sub-centre of Ramakrishna Math inaugurated

A new sub-centre of the Sri Ramakrishna Math has been inaugurated in Karuvadikuppam, featuring a temple and a service building. The facility includes a charitable dispensary offering various medical services and a centre for value-based education and computer training.

A new sub-centre of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, was inaugurated by Srimat Swami Gautamanandaji Maharaj, president of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission in Karuvadikuppam on Saturday.
Established on an 18,609-square-foot site, the centre comprises a Sri Ramakrishna temple, Annai Sarada Illam, and a Service Activities Building.
The services block was inaugurated by Chief Minister N. Rangasamy. It houses a charitable dispensary on the first and second floors. The dispensary will offer free medical consultation, blood sample collection, dressing and wound-care services, Siddha medicine, opthalmology, laboratory services, dental care, physiotherapy, and x-ray services.
