Youth, college students and religious leaders representing different faiths took part in a peace march organised by various progressive organisations in Shivamogga on Thursday.
For the last four years, progressive organisations have been organising the peace march to spread a message of harmony ahead of the festival season in the city. This year, the organisers made a special effort to involve youth in large numbers by holding discussions with them on their vision for “Brand Shivamogga”.
