The Second edition of The Hindu in School Quiz 2026 presented by NGP Educational Institutions on Thursday witnessed students exhibiting their grasp of Geography, History, Literature, Sports, Food.
In fact, the competition under the senior category got quite intense what with the quiz master having to decide the winner with three tie-breaker questions for three teams holding the same points. That the students were quite informed about the latest developments surfaced at the very outset when they were ready with Vithya Ramraj, the sports sensation of Coimbatore, for a question on Asian Games.
Likewise, for the junior category, the questions covered various aspects, including Comics, Cartoons, Indian History, Science and Technology and Entertainment. The students seemed to be quite at ease answering what appeared to be tough questions on current affairs - a good number drawn from Teen Digest and The Hindu in School.
