'Stripped, thrashed': Bengaluru SI forces minor boys to perform obscene acts, records videos

BENGALURU: A police sub-inspector from city was arrested on Monday evening on alleged charges of sexually harassing and thrashing up a few minor boys in the pretext of murder-related inquiry. The arrested PSI is Praveen, attached with Amruthahalli police station in the north-east part of the city.According to a senior police officer, Praveen had detained a few minor boys in connection to a murder case reported in Amrutahalli a few months back. Taking the boys to a private place, Praveen first thrashed them with his belt and stripped them, sources said."Also, he forced the minor boys to indulge in obscene activities and recorded them on his mobile phone. The video was leaked recently and reached the higher police officials.
