Strength training not linked to heart problems for people with arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy

A study from Johns Hopkins University suggests that strength training does not increase the risk of dangerous heart arrhythmias in patients with arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy. This finding challenges previous blanket recommendations that advised patients to avoid all forms of intense exercise.
