Paramount Pictures and Legendary Entertainment have released the new trailer for Street Fighter , the upcoming live-action adaptation of Capcom’s iconic fighting game franchise. Directed by Kitao Sakurai, the film stars Andrew Koji as Ryu, Noah Centineo as Ken Masters and Callina Liang as Chun-Li, with the latest footage offering a much fuller look at the tournament and the film’s sprawling ensemble of fighters.
Set in 1993, the film follows estranged fighters Ryu and Ken, who are pulled back into combat when Chun-Li recruits them for the World Warrior Tournament. Ryu has walked away from fighting and initially refuses to return, while Ken remains determined to prove himself. Their reunion eventually draws them into a conspiracy surrounding the tournament and its mysterious organiser, M. Bison, played by David Dastmalchian.
