State Teachers’ Awards, Srestha Vidyalaya Puraskaram announced in Keralam

The Keralam government has announced the winners of the State Teachers’ Awards for this year and the newly launched Srestha Vidyalaya Puraskaram for the best schools in the State. Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Minister for General Education N. Samsudheen said the State Teachers’ Awards would be given away in five categories.
The winners of the State Teachers’ Awards in the lower primary category are Abdul Azees I, head teacher (Malappuram); M.G. Geethamma, head teacher (Pathanamthitta); Joshi D. Kollannur, head teacher (Thrissur); Susan Kuruvila, head teacher (Pathanamthitta); and Kannan S., head teacher (Kollam).
In the upper primary category, the winners are Janil John, primary teacher (Thrissur); Abdul Ali M.C., upper primary teacher (Malappuram); Johnson V.J., head teacher (Palakkad); Siddique Hassan A., head teacher (Malappuram); and James V., head teacher (Kozhikode).
