Mohammed Kudus could return to the Tottenham squad for Saturday's clash with Newcastle United, Roberto De Zerbi has confirmed.

The Ghana international could make his comeback from injury from the bench having been out since January, with De Zerbi set to assess his condition ahead of the Premier League fixture.

"Maybe Kudus can come on the bench, we have to see," De Zerbi said.

Micky van de Ven is also fit to feature, although it remains unclear whether he will start or come off the bench.

"Micky van de Ven is right to play, we have to understand if for the beginning or part of the game like Savio and Pedro (Porro)," he added.
